Protocol Log / Week 5
Week 5: One Month In — First Faint Signal
QuestionDoes the stack plus daily training stay tolerable and sustainable, and does any longer-run signal start to separate from the training itself?
Current ReadOne month of unbroken adherence and training. This is the first week where a faint appearance impression showed up — a passing "do I look a bit leaner?" that I dismissed as a pump or lighting. Noted here because in hindsight it is where the thread starts, not because it was evidence of anything.
Claim Ladder
- This entry is reconstructed retrospectively on 2026-07-09; coarse recalled ratings are weaker evidence than same-day logs.
- Unbroken adherence and training are reported from memory but were genuinely lived; the fine detail is recalled, not captured.
- No side effect worth remembering supports tolerability, not efficacy.
- Any appearance impression here is fully explainable by weeks of daily training, hydration, lighting, and expectation.
HypothesisA sustainable protocol should show unbroken adherence and no accumulating side effects; any real longer-run effect should emerge as a persistent impression rather than a day-to-day swing, while staying explainable by training and expectation.
Completion Criteria7 of 7 days with both supplements taken and training completed.
Both supplements taken with food every day, per retrospective recall on 2026-07-09. No missed dose in this block.
The daily regimen was completed every day this block — no missed training day across the whole run.
Sleep and recovery sat in their usual range, recalled coarsely. No instrument data survives for this block.
Around the one-month mark I first caught myself wondering if I looked a little leaner. Very faint, easily dismissed as lighting or a good pump. Filed as noise at the time.
Nothing registered as a side effect. Weaker than day-by-day clearance, but a month-plus of exposure with nothing memorable supports tolerability.
Daily training alone explains any leaner/stronger read, and this entry passes through weeks of memory. Recall bias and expectation dominate interpretation.

Primary Markers
- Dose and timing: both supplements taken with food; note any missed dose.
- Training: regimen completed daily.
Secondary Markers
- Sleep / recovery: coarse recalled range only for this block.
- Appearance: vascularity and leanness impression, stated with its confounders.
Controls
- No new supplement, device, diet rule, or training protocol was added during this block.
- Body Feel and Energy tracks are coarse retrospective self-estimates, drawn as flat weekly values — not same-day instrument captures. They exist to show the block's baseline, not fine structure.
- Retrospective blocks are marked as such and never merged with same-day data.

The Week
A month in, the routine is fully automatic and the tolerability question is answered. The new thing this week is small and easy to talk yourself out of: once or twice I caught a leaner-looking reflection and wondered. At the time I filed it under pump, hydration, and wanting it to be true. In hindsight this is where the vascularity thread actually begins — but a single passing impression is not evidence, and I did not treat it as any.
What’s Solid vs What’s Recalled
Solid: the streak. No missed supplement dose and no missed training day — that is the part I am confident in, because a broken streak is the kind of thing you remember. Recalled and coarse: everything else. The Body Feel and Energy tracks are flat weekly estimates, not same-day scores, and there is no home-lab data for this block. I would rather show that honestly than draw a fake day-by-day line.
Reading This Block
Streak intact at one month. First faint “do I look leaner?” impression — dismissed as pump/lighting. None of it is causal evidence. The purpose of a reconstructed continuation week is to keep the timeline honest and mark where the appearance thread does — and does not — belong, so the formal Week 10 writeup has an accurate runway behind it.
