About
I'm Tom Ryan, also known as A5omic. Mecha Ops Machina @ Fly. Previously at Intel, and Founding Engineer at Integral (#1 on Product Hunt for a day). On the side I build apps and open-source tools, do security research, make music, and study consciousness preservation.
Security
A Linux kernel patch authored by me and merged upstream by Jens Axboe:
CVE-2026-43442, an io_uring SQE_MIXED OOB read,
6f02c6b19603,
backported for Linux 6.19.9 by Greg Kroah-Hartman. A V8 Maglev JIT fix by the
Google V8 team in commit 2d111040,
on the Chrome VRP reward panel. A published GitHub security advisory
in trigger.dev: cross-tenant task replay,
GHSA-9fq3-68cw-r7p2,
fixed in v4.5.2. One resolved Anthropic report through
HackerOne, with a
$100 bounty. Its technical details are not public. Additional security
reports have been submitted through Apple Security Research and the U.S.
DoD VDP, with unpublished details omitted.
Full ledger on the security page.

Music
A5omic is my AI-native music project. Some tracks are AI-generated, some are AI-assisted slowed + reverb edits, some are originals I've produced. Around 71,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, also on Apple Music, YouTube, and Amazon Music. Early access and unreleased tracks on Patreon; community on Discord. Music contact: atomicmbeats@gmail.com.
Research
Six public consciousness-preservation papers on Zenodo: Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3, Paper 4, Paper 5, and Paper 6. Manuscripts, benchmark code, release notes, and public artifacts live in the research repository.
